Unhappy with your purchase? Or it’s arrived damaged? Feel free to get in contact with us within 14 days of its delivery and we will work with you to sort things out!
If your product is in a defective state, we are happy to provide you with a replacement, or if this is not possible, a refund.
Just send through photos of the defect when you contact us and we will go forward from there!
If you’re wanting to return a product that isn’t defective, and is in its original packaging, condition, and isn’t a consumable or discount item (maybe it’s the wrong colour). Then we are still happy to exchange the item for a different one, or give you a store credit, (Although you will have to pay for it to be shipped back).
If returning products purchased through Laybuy: Please contact us directly, not Laybuy. Laybuy returns may take longer to process, please let us know if you purchased via Laybuy to speed up the process.
Exclusive of consumables and sale/clearance items. Products that are returned within 14 days of purchase in their original condition, packaging and alongside a valid receipt, are eligible for exchange or store credit (No Refund).
Under the condition that our staff can identify damage or a fault caused by our negligence, and providing the item is returned within seven days of purchase with a valid receipt, we will provide a replacement or if we are unable to do so, a refund.
This is in-keeping with our stores return policy and the guidelines put forth in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
It is worth note that other than the capacity to handle damaged or faulty goods outlined above, we have no obligation to exchange or provide store credit for returned items. However we do so out of consideration for our customers and would appreciate if it is not abused.
